I am a defender in my 8th season in MLS. I have played over 120 games in MLSand CONCACAF Champions League for the New York Red Bull’s, CF Montréal, Houston Dynamo, Portland Timber’s and FC Cincinnati. I have also won the MLS Supporters Shield and MLS Is Back Tournament and am looking to help the next generation with anything that will push them to get to the next level.
